Terms of Use
Rules for using the current Muilu pilot fairly and safely.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using Muilu, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Muilu is not directed to children under 16. If you act for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
2. Your account
The current app signs in with a one-time email code and has no password. Keep your email account and device secure, do not share sign-in codes or tokens, provide accurate information and tell us about unauthorised use. One person must not impersonate another or create accounts to evade moderation.
3. User content
You may create reviews, reports, claims and, where authorised, promotions or listing edits. Content must be truthful, relevant and lawful. Do not post harassment, discrimination, threats, fraud, spam, malware, private data without permission, infringing material or manipulated reviews. You remain responsible for what you submit.
4. Reporting, blocking and moderation
Reviews and promotions enter a pending state and may be approved, rejected, withdrawn or returned to moderation after editing. Users can report content and block authors. Central Fox may restrict visibility, remove content, preserve a private moderation reason or suspend access when reasonably needed for safety, law, these Terms or service integrity. We will consider context and applicable rights; reporting does not guarantee a particular outcome.
5. Businesses and professionals
Eligible users may claim a listing, provide evidence and, after verification, edit business details, hours, media and promotions. A claim does not transfer ownership of the underlying business or guarantee publication. Keep public contact and location information accurate and only submit data you are authorised to publish.
6. Licence to content
You keep ownership of your content. You grant Central Fox a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, adapt for format/accessibility, display, distribute and moderate it only as needed to operate and promote Muilu. The licence ends when content is removed, except for anonymised reviews/promotions that the deletion flow keeps, technical event retention, 14-day backups, or where law requires otherwise.
7. Intellectual property
Muilu’s name, software, interface, text and original assets belong to Central Fox or their licensors. These Terms do not grant rights to copy the service, scrape it abusively, bypass security, reverse engineer where prohibited, or use the brand without permission.
8. Pilot availability
Muilu is a pilot/beta. Features, coverage, data and availability may change; cached or user-supplied listings may be incomplete or outdated. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, ranking, verification of every listing, or that a business will meet your needs. Check important information directly with the business.
9. Proportionate responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Central Fox is responsible only for direct damage caused by its proven breach of these Terms or mandatory law. We are not responsible for independent acts of users, businesses, map/phone/messaging services, or unavoidable service interruptions. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer, data-protection or intentional-misconduct rights.
10. Law and disputes
Brazilian law applies. Courts in Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil are chosen where legally valid. This choice does not remove mandatory consumer or data-protection rights, or the mandatory jurisdiction available in the user’s country.
11. Changes and contact
